The 2024 WWA (World whiskey Awards) could be described as a thousand sails and a hundred teams competing for the title.

Goalong was one of the Chinese whiskey distillery, battled with more than 1,600 spirits from all over the world and finally won 9 awards

The World Whisky Awards are the global awards selecting the very best in all the international recognised styles, award and promote the world’s best whisky to consumers and trade across the globe. Founded back in 2007 by whiskey Magazine, a UK-based whiskey magazine, WWA is a highly regarded event in the world's whiskey scene, with whiskey as the main entry, and due to the focused nature of the awards, WWA is the equivalent of the whiskey world's carnival tournament in the eyes of a large number of whiskey fans and has been imaginatively referred to as the whiskey Oscars.

He has been in contact with distilling since he was a child, and in the atmosphere of his family's six generations of distilling, he has formed a deep bond with spirits. New Make is the crystallization of his and Goalong distilling team's dedication to research and study, and it is also the DNA of Goalong whiskey, and the fact that this time WWA Goalong New Make has won the gold medal is a recognition of his and Goalong whiskey's keynote.

Luo Feng: "Geographically, our distillery is located in Liuyang, an excellent environment for distilling, with Dawei Mountain and the source water of the Liuyang River, like the cradle of life, giving the new make its beauty and sweetness. The Goalong distilling team has rigorously controlled the body of the new make through all the process data, so it is no surprise that Goalong New Make won the crown, and we are very grateful to WWA for recognizing Goalong new make.

She is known as "the girl who get married with whiskey" because of her deep love for whiskey since she first came into contact with it. She has been engaged in whiskey research, development and distilling, and has also been responsible for accompanying and caring for oak casks, and carefully blending Goalong whiskey every day. Her skills in cask selection and blending have improved dramatically in a short period of time, and her ability to understand each cask and devise more refined flavors is a sign of her extreme pursuit of balance and her willingness to make trade-offs.

Guo Hui: "Goalong's participation in the 2024 WWA is like a group of innocent children stepping out of the mountains of Liuyang for the first time, and I feel honored to have Goalong's whiskey seen by more people by winning this award, and I will continue to love and work hard in the industry to bring whiskey that will be loved by everyone.

Gao Kailang: "Winning a prize is not the goal when we participate in a professional competition. In August 2023, we made public the five participating wines. Now the results are in, and they meet our expectations of what we want to send to the competition, and will give us an important reference for the direction of our products!
